Shipping policy
GENERAL
Scooters and parts are shipped using a courier, It's a door to door delivery service. They only deliver on weekdays so no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Orders will normally be shipped on the same day or within 24hrs of payment been made and reflecting in the bank account.
Orders with payments made on the weekend will be shipped on the first available working weekday.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Final shipping is calculated on checkout as we may need your physical address. However the following standard rates apply:
- 1 scooters only = R107
- 2 scooters only = R295
- Handles bars & decks = R195
- Small parts & accessories below R1000 = R107
- 1 scooter with small parts = R225 (Below R6000)
- 2 scooters with small parts = R295 (Above R6000)
STOCK ARRIVALS
Pre ordering allows you to secure a scooter prior to its arrival as they sell out fast.
PLEASE NOTE: The ETA is given to us by the freight forwarders and updated daily, this date can change due to Port delays, shipping delays and weather.
Please understand we will aim to get the scooter to you as soon as possible and will dispatch it within 24hrs of receiving it, but we can not be held responsible for delays caused by the above mentioned factors.
