Refund policy

The product must be in new condition as it was delivered. Returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Repacked in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, promotional items that accompanied it.
  • Must show no signs of any use or wear.
  • You will be liable for the return shipping and insurance.
  • Once the goods have been received, we will inspect the product and if the item meets the returns standards. If all is in order we will issue a refund within 72hrs.
  • Less the cost of the original shipping of the product to you and less a 6% credit handling fee.  

Refunds will be refused if the product appears to be used, worn or tampered with.

All our products apart from wheels have a 6 month warranty from date of purchase on the invoice, the warranty covers the following; 

  • Snapping or Visible Cracking, Bending of main deck. These are not covered if caused by impact or collision.
  • Function of the deck.
  • Breaking, and bending (except axles).

PLEASE NOTE: Wheels are only guaranteed for one month from date of purchase.

  • De-hubbing (PU coming detached from the core  ).
  • Chunking(Occurs when a chunk of the PU becomes detached from the core, not cause by impact on a sharp object or riding over sharp objects ).
  • Manufacturing defects.

Free Style/Pro and Stunt Scootering is an extreme sport, scooters will incur damage as a direct result of the sport and the surfaces scooters are used on. Such damage to the  equipment is not covered under warranty and is classified as normal wear and tear.

What's NOT COVERED? 

  • Damage caused by improper use and /or abuse or impact on the scooters.
  • Altering/modification the structure (i.e., drilling holes).
  • Scratches or grinding marks to the anodizing or any part of the deck.
  • Any modification to any parts.
  • Stripping and cross threading the threads.
  • Scratches or grinding to the powder coating, normal wear and tear.
  • Stripping or cross threading of the integrated clamps.
  • Damage caused by improper/incorrect riding techniques.
  • Damage caused by exceeding the scooters weight limit.

Orders will normally be shipped within 48hrs of payment if not sooner.
