HogPro Refurbishments

We offer HogPro scooter refurbishments & restorations. Old, scuffed & even rusted scooters get a new life as we repaint & service them. Check out our before and after photos, We do it so well, second hand scooters look like new. With this you have the opportunity to change colour & customize all aspects of the finish.

DECKS

The process includes stripping off the old paint layer. In the case of standard colours such as black, blue or white, a process of bead blasting is used. This will not only remove the old paint but improve the surface, making small scuff marks & scratches smoother. It is important to not that we are redoing a used deck, so dents, deep scratches & gashes will not be rectified. Once this is done a new powder coat layer is applied. Chrome or Neo chrome scooter cannot be refurbished in the same finish but can be removed to apply a standard colour.

BARS

The same process applies here except for the fact that we cannot refurbis the chrome, neo chrome & titanium bars with the same finish. Unless it a case where the chrome, neo chrome ot titanium finish is to be covered with a standard colour of poweder coating.

CLAMPS & FORKS

These are anodized & will be re-anodized. Except in the case of chrome & neo chrome finishes where it can be stripped for a new standard powder coating.

NOTES

  • Paint refurbishment for all scooters. (Neo chrome or chrome finishes can be stripped off but we cannot apply the same finish as a new coat).
  • Eight standard colours / finishes to choose from. (See below)
  • Chrome & Neo chrome coating not available.
  • Some parts will be re-anodized & cannot be powder coated.
  • Wheels cannot be refurbished & requires replacement due to it having the rubber pressed onto the rim.
  • In some cases brakes need be replaced unless in good condition. due to the screws being rusted.
  • Deep scratches, dents & gashes cannot be repaired completely.
  • In most cases HogPro logos will be lost during repainting & will require stickers.

HogPro Refurb Vouchers

Basic refurb (Same scooter)

  • BEFORE

    Scuff marks on the deck, fork, clamp & bars. Still has old red core wheels.

  • AFTER

    Resprayed deck, fork, clamp & bars. Customer also replaced the wheels.

Extreme refurb (Same scooter)

  • BEFORE

    Scuff marks on the fork, clamp & bars. Deck & wheels badly corroded. Brake & wheels bolts rusted.

  • AFTER

    Re-anodized fork & clamp. Bars & deck powder coated, new brakes & stickers. Will fit new wheels & grip tape.
